Castile Soap – Seasonal

Dilution: Castile soap is highly concentrated, so it's usually recommended to dilute it before use. Mix one part castile soap with several parts water. The exact ratio depends on the intended use and personal preference. Body Wash: In the shower or bath, apply a small amount of diluted castile soap to a washcloth, sponge, or directly onto your skin. Gently lather and cleanse your body, then rinse thoroughly with water. Shampoo: Wet your hair thoroughly, then apply a small amount of diluted castile soap to your scalp. Massage gently to create a lather, then rinse thoroughly with water. Follow with a conditioner if needed. Face Cleanser: Dilute a small amount of castile soap with water and apply it to your damp face. Gently massage in circular motions, avoiding the delicate eye area. Rinse thoroughly with water and pat dry. Hand Soap: Pour diluted castile soap into a pump dispenser near sinks. Use a small amount to lather and cleanse your hands, then rinse with water. Household Cleaner: Dilute castile soap with water in a spray bottle for use as an all-purpose cleaner. It can be used on countertops, floors, and other surfaces. Add a few drops of essential oils for fragrance and additional cleaning power if desired. Laundry Detergent: Add a small amount of castile soap to your laundry load along with other laundry ingredients such as washing soda and baking soda. Be sure to use a small amount, as castile soap is highly concentrated. Pet Shampoo: Dilute castile soap with water and use it to wash your pets. Be sure to rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue. Always perform a patch test before using castile soap on your skin or hair, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
